DETERMINING YOUR PATCH SIZE :
Determine the size of your patch by adding the overall length by the
overall width and dividing by 2. Fractions are rounded up to the nearest
1/2".
AVAILABLE TWILL COLORS:
- The twill color will be backing color for the patch. The twill colors are listed on the top and a PMS color equivalent is listed below the color. This is only meant as a reference and colors do very from monitor to monitor depending on individual settings.
AVAILABLE THREAD COLORS:
The thread colors will be the embroidered colors for the patch. Thread colors are
listed on the left and a PMS color equivalent is listed on the right.

Metallic Thread add $1.00 per patch.
- EMBROIDERY COVERAGE:
- Pricing
includes up to 100% embroidery coverage. Discounts are available for
patches that only require 50% and 75% embroidery coverage. All artwork
is reviewed to determine actually embroidery percentage. If you feel
your project would require reduced embroidery coverage please contact
customer service at 866-739-2147 for pricing.
BACKING OPTIONS:
Iron-on backing add $0.20 per patch
Stick-on backing add $0.30 per patch.
Button Loop add $0.14 per patch.
Hook & Loop (Velcro) Backing add $0.50 per patch.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
Metallic Thread add $1.00 per patch.
ADDITIONAL THREAD COLORS:
Patches requiring more than 8 colors add $0.09 per additional color per patch.

HOW TO APPLY IRON ON PATCHES:
Washing and Laundering:
To wash garments with a patch: Wash in cool water with mild detergent with no bleach additives. Dry garment immediately.
