By placing a order with BL Gifts Imports your are stating you have read and agree to the policies below.
Minimum Order: $50.00 you may combine products to meet the minimum order.
Merchandise prices and specifications are current but are subject to change without notice. All items offered are subject to prior sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any errors without notice.
Once a order has been placed and confirmed for in stock merchandise orders are unable to be canceled.
Sales Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Net Terms. Any delinquent payments will incur interest, collection and all legal fees at the expense of the customer. Orders canceled after being pull by our warehouse will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Credit Cards: If you wish to order by credit card we require the following information: credit card number, expiration date, name and billing address of the card holder. Please note billing address may be different than the business address. Credit cards are not billed until the order is ready to ship.
Paypal: Paypal customers will receive a payment request after your order has been pulled and packed. Paypal orders will be held for a maximum of seven days from the time the payment request was sent. After this time the order will be placed back in stock. Customers with multiple orders returned to stock for non payment will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
Net terms: Net 15 and Net 30 terms are offered to Hospitals, Museum, and other government organizations. We require a completed credit application along with at least five current trade references. BL Gifts Imports reserves the right to refuse or discontinue terms to any customer at any time. For those customers who purchase over two thousand dollars and purchase by the sold case pack please contact our sales staff by phone concerning our quantity discounts.
Claims for Defective, Absent, and Damaged Merchandise: All claims must be filed with in 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Please be advised this applies to all claims including factory/concealed damages. Only one claim per order can be accepted, please check all your merchandise thoroughly.
In order to serve our customers better, we require that you submit the following information at the time that the claim is filed: customer name, invoice number, date of the invoice, item number and specific reason for dissatisfaction.
BL Gifts Imports reserves the right to require the item(s) be returned in order to receive credit. All refunds will be issued as in house credit only. Shipping cost are none refundable.
If a customer would like replacement merchandise shipped to them the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
FedEx / UPS Ground: Do not dispose of the damaged product(s) unless instructed by BL Gifts Imports. Retain all the original packing material from the damaged product(s) as well as the original packing carton for at least 7 days after the claim has been filed with us. These items maybe required for a possible inspection by FedEx / UPS. If a claim has not been filed within 7 days from the day you received your order BL Gifts Imports is no longer liable for damage merchandise and will no longer accept or file claims for damages.
LTL Trucking (Pallet Shipping): For orders Shipped by LTL Trucking please inspect the order upon delivery. Look for possible signs of damaged products such as missing shrink wrap, crushed cases, rips, and cartons off the pallet. At delivery please count the number of cartons and verify this matches the amount on the drivers slip. Please have all shortages, damages, and possible signs of damages noted at the time of delivery. BL Gifts Imports is not responsibility for case shortages not noted on the delivery slip. Notify us immediately of all shortages and or damages.
Returns: Returns will only be accepted on products that are defective and or damaged and only at the request of BL Gifts Imports. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be in original packaging and free of price stickers and all none original markings. There is a 25% restocking fee for all merchandise returned to our warehouse for reasons other than defective or damaged products. Returns must be received within 10 days of the return request.All refunds will be issued as in house credit only. Shipping cost are none refundable. All orders refused or returned undelivered will be billed a 25% restocking fee on the total merchandise PLUS full freight charges. Orders canceled after being pull by our warehouse will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
BL Gifts Imports does not guarantee sales and does not accept returns or exchanges on unsold products.
RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAVIER OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: By purchasing any item from BL Gifts Imports, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BL Gifts Imports for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations.
