Shipping Information
General information:
BL Gifts Imports does not guarantee or lock in freight rates. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be added after the order is submitted. All shipments F.O.B. Warriors Mark Pennsylvania. Excess Charges Levied by Ups and FedEx ground ($11.00 per Box) for a wrong address will be charged back to the provider of a wrong address. Accessorial service fees not authorized by BL Gifts Imports on pallet shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Options: We offer Shipping through FedEx ground and several different LTL Carriers. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Cost :
FedEx: Shipping is determined by the destination of the order, and the dimensional weight of the shipping carton. Each order is different depending on the items that are chosen. We do not know the shipping total till we package and weight the order. We charge exact FedEx shipping rates and FedEx hundred weight (orders over 150lbs) discounts are always applied were applicable.
Freight ( LTL Carrier): For orders shipped on a pallet by a LTL Carries we suggest a minimum order of $500.00. Pallet shipping can be cheaper than UPS or FedEx ground however the minimum charge for a shipment ranges from $90.00 to $130.00 depending on your location. For order at 300lbs and over many customers find this a more cost effective option.
Shipping Time: While most orders do leave our warehouse the same or the next business day we do suggest that customers plan ahead as much as possible. During busy times of the year it may take up to three business days to process orders, all orders are pulled on a first come first serve basis. While most customers have found we offer some of the fastest delivery times in the industry we suggest that you allow for as much processing and delivery time as possible. Please refer to the shipping chart below for transit times.This does not include the time needed to process your order before it is shipped or the shipping day. After you order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday with not begin shipping till Monday. Freight ( LTL Carriers) information & Items Marked Can Not Be Shipped By FedEx Ground --- Freightliner / Pallet / Truck Shipping Only
Some of our items due to their fragile nature are unable to be shipped buy UPS ground or FedEx. These items must be shipped on a pallet by a commercial trucking company (also referred to as LTL service or Freight liner).These items have (No FedEx Ground Shipping --- Freightliner / Pallet / Truck Shipping Only) listed in the item description. All other items listed on our website can be shipped by FedEx ground. We do generally suggest a minimum order of $500.00 for truck shipments. All of our items can be shipped by LTL service, your order does not have to contain just truck ship only items nor are you required to buy a pallet of the same item. The minimum freight cost per pallet is between $90.00 and $130.00. Trucking freight is based on weight and location so cost will vary depending on these factors. For some larger orders LTL service may be a more practical solution than FedEx ground even if your shipment contains no items that are truck ship only. Please be advised with pallet shipping your are responsible for unloading the merchandise. The driver is only required to bring the merchandise to the end of the truck. If you would require a inside delivery a extra charge will be accessed. In some cases we may at our discretion chose LTL over FedEx ground. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
