Custom Print Souvenir & Promotional items
The policies below only apply to custom print souvenir and promotional items Production Time Standard Production Time: Standard production time on on most custom imprinted souvenirs and promotional items is 7 - 14 working days (Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude any holidays we are closed) plus shipping time. Individual production time is also listed for each item in the large product description. Please note production time is not guaranteed and BL Gifts Imports will not be held responsible for orders that arrive late. If you have a required in hand date please contact customer service and we can discuss available options. Rush Production: Some products are available with next day, two day and three day production times. Additional charges may apply for rush production depending on the product. Rush shipping options are also available. Please contact customer service and we would be happy to discuss the available options to help you meet your delivery time frame.
Product Changes
Cancellation Charges:
Once a order has been placed and confirmed orders can not be canceled under any circumstances.
Change of Copy or Imprint Color:
Additional charges will apply for orders requiring a change of copy (artwork/text imprinted) or imprint color during a production run. This charge will vary on a item to item basis depending on the imprinting process. If you require a change during a production run please contact customer service at 866-739-2147 for a quote based on your order requirements.
Changes to an Order:
Any changes made to any order after being received at the factory must be confirmed in writing, by email or fax. Depending on were in the process the order is changes may not always be possible. Note: Changes may delay shipments and additional charges may apply.
Overruns and under-runs
Due to the manufacturing process all order are subject to overruns or under-runs of +-10%. We make all attempts to never overrun a product and we ship exact quantities 95% of the time. Due to this minor under-runs may occur generally no more than a few pieces. If your order requires a exact quantity please let us know so we can ensure that your order is not under-run. Please note you will be billed only for the items you receive.
Proofs
Email Proof:
One email proof will
be provided free of charge with a completed order. Additional charges may apply when multiply
proofs are required. Please note emailed proofs are designed to give a
better understanding of the final product and is meant to be used for
representational purposes only. The final product may not reflect the
same design, as proper scaling, proportions and color cannot be
accurately maintained.
Virtual Proof/Sample:
We offer virtual samples on many of products online and by request on most others. While these virtual proofs are not as precise as a email proof or pre-production proof they provided a quality representation of what your imprint will look like on the product.
Pre-production Product Proof: Pre-production product proofs are available on all items however charges will vary on a item to item bases depending on the imprinting process required. If you require a pre-production product proof please contact customer service at 866-739-2147 to discuss your needs.Packaging
All item are bulked packed unless stated other wise. Special packaging such as gift boxes are available on some items for a increased charge. Please contact our customer service staff and we can help you with your specific needs.
Shipping
Shipping Cost:
Shipping quotes online are provided only as a courtesy and are based on shipping using UPS or FedEx ground. Ground Freight charges will not exceed the quote provided. For order requiring shipping by Pallet /LTL Carrier our shopping cart will only show freight cost with the required special packing such as protective-pack boxes need for mugs and glass drinkware. For larger orders were this packaging is not required and the order can be shipped by Pallet/LTL Carrier freight cost will be quoted after the order is received. Please contact our customer service staff if you have questions or concerns about freight charges.
Shipping Location:
Depending on current in stock quantities custom print items and custom imprint blanks may ship from a satellite warehouse/factory or direct from the factory. This will not affect shipping and your freight cost will not be higher than the courtesy quote provided.
Time In Transit:
Production time listed on the website does not included the time required once the shipping carrier takes possession of the shipment to deliver it to your location. For domestic shipments the time in transit will vary from one to five working days depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Transit time to Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations will be longer and will vary based on shipping method. BL Gifts Imports is not responsible for any delivery delays that occur once the merchandise is delivered to the carrier. Credit will not be issued for orders that do not meet a required need by date due to shipping carrier or customs delays.
Protective-pack / Safe Pack Protective Box:
Drinkware items such as mugs and glassware require special packing that meets FedEx and UPS ground standards to ensure safe delivery. Two types of boxes are used depending on the size of the products ordered. The cost for this packaging is included in the shipping quote provided online and applies to each case shipped.
Protective-pack Box - $6.75 per carton
Inside Delivery / Liftgate Required:
This only applies to Pallet / LTL Shipments. If you require these services you must clearly state this at the time your order is placed. Extra service charges will apply.
Split Shipments:
$12.00 fee per shipment address will apply to all address after the first. Please contact our customer service staff if you require split shipments before the order is placed some restrictions may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
A $32.00 per destination fee plus carrier charges will apply to all incorrect shipping address.
Samples
Due to the large amount of sample request we receive our sample policy is as follows.
For all item listed as stock and preprinted on the website: Our overall minimum order will be waved however the item must be purchased in the items individual minimum quantity. For example if the minimum order quantity is one dozen you must purchase one dozen we are unable to break up these units. Customer will be billed for the cost of the product and shipping cost.
For all products that include a custom imprint:
All sample request under $10.00: Samples are available at no charge however the customer is responsible for all freight charges.
All sample request $10.00 and over: Samples will be billed at end column pricing and the customer is responsible for all freight charges. Free samples are limited to 3 per customer without a completed order.
Depending on the production facility request for multiply samples may incur multiply freight charges.
Please note we reserve the right to revoke and extend this sample policy as we see fit based on order history.
Claims
All claims must be submitted with in 7 days of receiving your order. Claims can only be accepted on products that are damaged, defective or misprinted. All sales final. Items may be required to be return for inspection before a credit or reprint can be issued. Credits or reprints will be issued at our discretion. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product itself we do apologize but BL Gifts imports is unable to issue credits or offer a reprint unless a sample was ordered in advance of placing your order and the product has a legitimate manufacturing defect. We do suggest that customers order a sample of the product they are having imprinted to ensure they will be happy with the final product. Random printed and blank samples are available on all products. When submitting a claim we require that you provide us with the following information.

Trademark / Copyright Usage:
Trademarks, Logos, etc DO NOT indicate endorsement by their owners and are not for sale. They are show herein to demonstrate factory printing and production ability. We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified by trademark/logo owners in writing at the time of order. We may under certain circumstances require proof of ownership or proof of right to print a logo or trademark. Customer accepts full responsibility for claim and litigation arising from alleged infringement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
California Proposition 65 Statements
This applies only to residents in the state of California. While products are tested and determined to be safe certain products may contain chemicals that require you to notify your customers. Certain products are able to be labeled with a sticker (a service charge may apply) that states the following.
WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Please contact our customer service department before placing your order if you require this service.
Country of Origin
Country of origin marking may be molded or imprinted onto the products. This is a federal requirement. If you have concerns about the placement or visibility of this marking we do suggest requesting a sample to make sure placement is acceptable.
CPSIA Tracking
Third-party testing is required on all consumer products primarily intended for children twelve years of age or younger. All of our products that are intended for these age ranges have been tested by a independent lab and determined to be CPSIA compliant. These products also require unique tracking information that may either be molded and/or imprinted on the products so they can easily be identified in the event of a recall .This information can not be removed and is a federal requirement. about the placement or visibility of this marking we do suggest
requesting a sample to make sure placement is acceptable. Product Specifications and Images
Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, BL Gifts Imports cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. All sizes on this site are approximate.BL Gifts Imports is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or customs interventions.
Specialized services

Exact Reorders
Please contact our customer service department If you would like to place a reorder for a product you have ordered from us in the past. All artwork is saved for a minimum of two years and in most cases reorders can be produced at a slightly lower cost. Please Note: The quantity ordered may vary but all other details of the order must be the same. Force Majeure
BL Gifts Imports cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill a delivery commitment as a result of situations beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to occurrences such as: natural disasters (I.E. hurricanes, floods), labor strikes, congestion at ports of entry, US Customs / Homeland Security holds and delays, or failure of subcontractors to perform.
