The policies below only apply to custom print souvenir and promotional items
Standard Production Time:
Standard production time on custom imprinted souvenirs and promotional items is 7 -14 days working days plus shipping time. Please note production time is not guaranteed and BL Gifts Imports will not be held responsible for orders that arrive late. If you have a required in hand date please contact customer service and we can discuss available options.
Some products are available with next day, two day and three day production times at a increased cost. Rush shipping options are also available. Please contact customer service and we would be happy to discuss the available options to help you meet your delivery time frame.
Once a order has been placed and confirmed orders can not be canceled under any circumstances.
Change of Print Color Charge:
Hot-Stamped, Pad-Printing or Silk-Screened items a fee of $25.00 per change will be assessed.
Changes to an Order:
Any changes made to any order after received at the factory must be confirmed in writing, by email or fax. Note: Changes may delay shipments and charges may apply.
Overruns and under-runs
Due to the manufacturing process all order are subject to overruns or under-runs of +-10%. You will be billed only for the items you receive. If your order requires a exact quantity please let us know some products can be ordered in exact quantities for a small service charge.
Will be provided free of charge and production will begin after written/email proof approval.
Product, Paper, and Fax Proof:
These proofs are available however service charges may apply. If changes are required additional art charges may apply. Please contact our customer service staff if you require one of these proofs.
All item are bulked packed unless stated other wise. Special packaging such as gift boxes are available on some items for a increased charge. Please contact our customer service staff and we can help you with your specific needs.
Shipping quotes provided online are provided only as a courtesy. Ground Freight charges will not exceed the quote provided and in almost all cases will be lower than the quote provided. For order requiring shipping by pallet /LTL Carrier our shopping cart will only show added freight cost for special packing such as protective-pack boxes required for mugs and glass drinkware. Pallet/LTL Carrier freight will be quoted after the order is received. Please contact our customer service staff if you have questions or concerns about freight charges.
Depending on current in stock quantities custom print items and customer imprint blanks may ship from a satellite warehouse/factory. This will not affect shipping and your freight cost will not be higher than the courtesy quote provided.
Protective-pack / Safe Pack Protective Box:
Drinkware items such as mugs and glassware require special packing that meets FedEx and UPS standards to ensure safe delivery. Two types are boxes are used depending on the size of the products ordered. The cost for this packaging is added to the shipping costs and applies to each case shipped.
Protective-pack / Super Pack Box Size 1- $6.70
Protective-pack / Super Pack Box Size 2 - $7.75
Inside Delivery / Liftgate Required:
This only applies to Pallet / LTL Shipments. If you require these services you must clearly state this at the time your order is placed. Extra service charges will apply.
$10.00 fee per shipment address will apply to all address after the first. Please contact our customer service staff if you require split shipments before the order is placed some restrictions may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
A $32.00 per destination fee plus carrier charges will apply to all incorrect shipping address.
If you would like to purchase a blank sample please contact our customer service department. Customers will be responsible for the cost of the sample and the shipping charge. If you you place a order for the sample product we credit the cost of the sample to your order. Please note freight charges are not refundable.
All claims must be submitted with in 7 days of receiving your order. Claims can only be accepted on products that are damaged, defective or misprinted. All sales final. Items may be required to be return for inspection before a credit or reprint can be issued. Credits or reprints will be issued at our discretion. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product itself we do apologize but BL Gifts imports is unable to issue credits or offer a reprint unless a sample was ordered in advance of placing your order. When submitting a claim we require that you provide us with the following information.
Trademark / Copyright Usage:
Trademarks, Logos, etc DO NOT indicate endorsement by their owners and are not for sale. They are show herein to demonstrate factory printing and production ability. We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified by trademark/logo owners in writing at the time of order. Customer accepts full responsibility for claim and litigation arising from alleged infringement of patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

We offer a wide range of printing services and specialization that is not listed on the web site. If you are looking for a particular service or are looking for a item to fit your budget please contact our customer service department we would be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Please contact our customer service department If you would like to place a reorder for a product you have ordered from us in the past. All artwork is saved for a minimum of two years and in most cases reorders can be produced at a slightly lower cost. Please Note: The quantity ordered may vary but all other details of the order must be the same.
