Claims for Defective, Absent, and Damaged Merchandise: All claims must be filed with in 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Please be advised this applies to all claims including factory/concealed damages. Only one claim per order can be accepted, please check all your merchandise thoroughly.If a claim has not been filed within 7 days from the day you received your order BL Gifts Imports is no longer liable for damage merchandise and will no longer accept or file claims for damages. Please review our complete damaged / defective claim policy before submitting your claim online.
